The Founding of Wildhorse Performance Management

As Wildhorse grows, as a company, it has become more and more important to explicitly define our core values from which we develop our culture, our brand, and our business strategies. These are the ten core values that we live by:

  • Give more value than taking in payment
  • Lead by example
  • Act with purpose and passion
  • Seek to understand
  • Address problems with solutions
  • Pursue growth and learning
  • Build honest relationships though communication
  • Encourage creativity and innovation
  • Be humble and enjoy life
Wildhorse Performance marketing was created for us to pursue personal passion for life beyond the norm. We believe that performance is to operate past, or push beyond, the established bounds. As individuals, as families, and as societies we can achieve performance beyond our established boundaries; without performance there is no growth.

Our primary business focus is consulting. We provide consulting to companies looking for innovative solutions to problems everyone faces at one point or another. There's a heavy high-tech flavor to what we do, we help people build web presence, branding, high performance automated marketing systems, eCommerce, even develop new technology.

Wildhorse also provides advanced training programs to those who are passionate about becoming Internet Marketing Consultants. For more about our Training programs, please visit our Products page.

Carlos Nevarez

Carlos A. Nevarez is not only the founder of Wildhorse Performance and Wildhorse Performance Marketing; he is also the busy father of four children who loves his life in Orem, Utah. Active in local sports, he also enjoys hiking and mountain biking with his older children in his spare time when he is not busy with his many friends or helping his businesses and companies that he works with to reach new heights.

His career got started in 1987 after graduating from BYU with a BS in Computer Science and then heading straight into a position as a Software Engineer at Eaton-Kenway. In 1988, he then made his way into Novell and enjoyed positions as a Developer, Team Lead, Architect, Chief Architect, then finally becoming the Senior Technical advisor to the Novell Investment Fund. He also ran Eric Schmidt's Technical Architecture board.

During these years, Carlos was extremely busy accumulating patents and working with core teams at Sun, Oracle and IBM to create the first Java Language specification as well as participating in and leading the development of the official C language specification. Next was the development of the IPX and TCP/IP protocols and subsequent API libraries and protocol stacks for Windows, NetWare, and OS/2. Through these 14 years of his career, Carlos interacted with every major development team from IBM, SUN, Microsoft, Oracle and just about every major software vendor in the industry, many of whom he still remains in contact with and now calls friends.

In 2002, he took a position as the Director of International IT for Nature's Sunshine and at the same time, also formed a startup that focused on the development of a platform that would solve problems with large distributed systems. Nature's Sunshine insisted that he become a full-time employee, but that was not in Carlos' plans, so he decided to leave, and the startup, JanusLogix, had funding issues and were not able to complete their product. So in 2004, Carlos formed a consulting company where he could offer his CTO experience to companies that were not in a position to hire their own full-time CTO. This move enabled him to really see the large array of problems and solutions facing today's companies.

His experience, insight and vast knowledge then led him to formally create Wildhorse Performance companies in 2005. Carlos generalized the consulting to cover general IT services and began providing web consulting that focused mainly on programming that most web developers were not able to provide customers due to the advanced knowledge and experience required. In 2006, Wildhorse Performance Marketing was born. Carlos wanted to take "visibility above the water level" with Wildhorse Performance Marketing, seeking to switch the programming that had previously focused heavily on the back-end infrastructure and shift the focus to the end-user experience, particularity in business process automation.

Today, Wildhorse Performance Marketing enjoys direct exposure into successful online marketing systems and has developed the automation to support those processes. Under the watchful eye of Carlos A. Nevarez, the company continues to thrive and grow. With such an impressive career, it's hard to know what will be next for Carlos and his family, but right now, life is pretty sweet the way it is.

Testimonials

Maria,

I attended your last 14 day challenge and launched my business on December. I had one sales reprehensive ready to go and fired up to get his first sale. I will admit that I had a seasoned salesman who had a great product for the local business and I pay him a handsome percentage.

He made his first sale within two weeks and landed a $50,000.00 contract. That money was paid in full in the first 13 weeks. He made a few more sales and then he struck gold again. The same company asks us to set up 17 lines of business which is $1,240,000.00 deal. That just went through last week. (Less than 3 months)

Yesterday, he went to New York City to do some training in Social Media for the C-level leadership down to sales reps. They all got on board and are now asking us to look at the other 89 agencies in this multimillion dollar company. When this new business all goes through we are looking at 5 million dollars in total during the next 24 months.

I will admit that I am not afraid to have that level of success. Bring it on Baby!

Thanks for an excellent 14 day course that provides training, tools, support from start to finish and beyond. I have continued your coaching program until now and I am getting my book published on Amazon within days from now.

I more than doubled my money back wouldn't ya think?

To your success,

Dear Maria and Team,

I want to say thank you for the awesome experience I had taking your Ultimate Consulting Course. Although I was already doing consulting in the local Charleston Market and helping small brick and mortar businesses develop an online presence, I was amazed at the increase in the number of accounts I was able to generate after implementing the information and techniques taught in your program. As a result of Wildhorse's expertise and following through with the information I learned in the program I can tell you that my business doubled in less than 30 days and it continues to grow on a weekly basis using the techniques I learned from you and your team.

Thank you so much for the quality information and helping me make such a positive impact in my bottom line!

Kindest regards,

Leigha Baer
